LMS Support and Rostering

The rostering services needed to be expanded to allow on-demand importing of classes and users from Google Classroom, enabling same-day provisioning of users. The team proposed an on-demand rostering implementation that integrates Single Sign-On (SSO) and imports users and classes from Google Classroom when a user clicks the "Sign in with Google" button on the customer’s product login page. The solution enabled the customer to offer their clients seamless onboarding and faster, easier access to their product, while also reducing integration costs and time.

Automating Data Management through ETL Processes

A customer reached out with a request to help them resolve a data management issue. They have an application that assists users in improving specific areas and needed a way to provide users with information about their progress. This required a platform that would display the user’s starting point, current progress, and goals. However, due to the lack of consolidated data, meeting the business need was a challenge. To address the customer’s data management issue, we decided to implement the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. ETL is a type of data integration that extracts data from various sources, transforms it to meet specific customer requirements, and then loads the transformed data into a data warehouse. This approach allows the customer to consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified repository.
