Challenge

The customer's home-grown business system could no longer meet the demands of their rapidly expanding business. They sought to implement Salesforce across their business processes and among various user groups to enhance operational efficiency.

Solution

The team initiated the project with a detailed milestone-based plan aligned with the company's strategic goals and user needs. During the consulting phase, it was decided to leverage Salesforce to enhance and support existing business processes.

The next phase involved migrating data from the home-grown system to Salesforce. This included data cleansing, mapping corresponding data objects and fields in Salesforce, implementing duplication rules, and automating data migration using specialized tools.

Following data migration, the team proceeded with customization, integration, and the development of custom applications within Salesforce.

Throughout these stages, QA engineers were actively engaged to ensure that the Salesforce solution operated flawlessly and adhered to all customer requirements.

After successful user acceptance testing confirmed the solution’s functionality met expectations, comprehensive user training was conducted. This training empowered users to effectively utilize Salesforce to enhance their sales, marketing, and customer service operations, ultimately boosting overall productivity.
