A community of Actors & Theatre Professionals focused on connecting actors and performers, who seek assistance and improvement in theater arts. The purpose of the solution is to create a platform for developing and managing the actors' community.



Challenge


The team has been involved with the project from its inception, tasked with designing and developing the application from the ground up, including making critical decisions regarding architecture and technology implementation.



Solution


The application was developed through close collaboration with the client, who served as the Product Owner. The project manager and business analyst engaged with the client to gather ideas, clarify details, and elicit business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Once these requirements were developed, verified, estimated, approved, and prioritized, the development phase commenced. This iterative process was repeated every few weeks, adhering to the core principles of the agile framework. This approach enabled us to swiftly determine and implement the most critical features that addressed users' needs.
